The Bermuda Insurance Institute (BII) has put out the call for nominations for the annual Bermuda Insurance Industry Awards.

The awards, established in 1998, set to recognise outstanding individuals whose leadership skills and contributions to the industry over the course of their careers have set them apart from their peers.

“You know the market, and you know who has made a significant contribution in 2011 and throughout their career,” said the BII in a statement. “Nominate those people you think are deserving of special recognition.”

Categories for awards, include the Lifetime Achievement Award, Industry Leader of the Year and Young Industry Leader of the Year.

The deadline for nominations is March 6, 2012.

For more information and nomination forms, visit the BII website at www.bii.bm or contact Delma Parfitt at awards[AT]bii.bm.
