Skipping demo at healthy living expo
Free health screenings and a skipping rope demonstration were among the offerings at the Argus Healthy Living Expo.
The weekend fair at CedarBridge was launched by Health Minister Zane DeSilva and Argus Group CEO Alison Hill, who joined the Northland Skippers to showcase the jump rope as an easy way to get fit and maintain a healthy heart.
The expo, hosted by Argus with the Health Department and Bermuda Hospitals Board, offered more than 40 booths with healthcare professionals on hand to field questions.
