Sad Burgess resigned

Dear Sir,

A true politician in a crazy political climate.

While I admire the honourable Derrick Burgess and respect his decision to resign as a minister in the Cabinet. I am deeply saddened because the people of Bermuda are the real losers in this case.

I think Mr Burgess is the labour conscience of the PLP government. His DNA is the essence of what gave birth to the PLP justice and equity for all Bermudian, and restitution to those who have been exploited. He is accessible and his people-friendly skills makes his constituents very comfortable, those who know the honourable Minister would have to agree.
