Motorcyclist injured after collision with van
A 53-year-old woman was injured in an accident in Southampton yesterday.
The woman was riding a motorcycle near the Railway Trial on Middle Road around 7.30am when it and a van collided.
Said a Police spokesman: The motorcycle then collided with a wall. The rider of the motorcycle, a 53-year-old Sandys parish woman, reportedly received relatively minor injuries.
He added: Both vehicles were damaged; the motorcycle extensively. There were temporary traffic delays in the area as a result.
Police are investigating the accident.
