Dear Sir,

I have seen it said time and time again by Progressive Labour Party ministers in the House of Assembly that the United Bermuda Party left the country in a deplorable state in 1998. They left us with a $15 million annual budget surplus and total debt of $163.5 million. The PLP racked up an annual budget deficit of $267 million last year and $1.25 billion dollar debt and counting. I remember 1998 and I am sure many or you out there do as well. Are you $1.25 billion better off today? Make your vote count on election day.
