Bike hits bus shelter
A 25-year-old bike rider was injured and taken to hospital after colliding with a bus shelter on Crow Lane, just outside Hamilton, yesterday evening.
The one vehicle accident happened at around 7pm near the junction between Crow Lane and Corkscrew Hill.
Police believe the motorcycle was travelling out of the Hamilton along Crow Lane when it collided with a bus stop shelter. The rider was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital. The extent of his injuries were unknown at press time.
