UBP MPs should bury hatchet

Dear Sir,

To the attention of UBP representatives Charles Swan and Kim Swan. It takes a great deal of bravery to stand up to your enemies, it takes a great deal more to stand up to your friends. (Dumbledore, Harry Potter)

I, as well as numerous others, would love to see you both take “a stance”, (as did Dr Paul Chevotiere many year ago …).

I know you both have much to offer Bermuda and you both will make a great difference by being a positive influence in us all attaining the goal of a “New Bermuda”. I do feel the majority are looking forward in seeing the OBA come into “Power” and we will need you both onboard to seal it.

I speak out of concern for the Island and its future generations and not as an advocate for the OBA. In reality, Bermuda cannot afford returning the present PLP government back into, (God forbid) “power”. You both may just become an asset to the PLP at the next elections and that will be contrary I’m sure, to what you really want to be.

With you both opposing the OBA will not help Bermuda. You bies must “bury the hatchet” whatever it may be! Otherwise, everyone may suffer! “The writing’s on the wall”.
