Surgeon files writ
A surgeon has filed a writ against the Bermuda Hospitals Board over an alleged breach of contract.
The writ, filed on July 2, lists Christopher Johnson as the complainant and the Bermuda Hospital Board as the defendant.
The Royal Gazette was not able to reach Dr Johnson for comment.
His lawyer, Marc Daniels, said Dr Johnson is suing King Edward VII Memorial Hospital over a breach of contract.
The BHB did not respond to requests for comment.
