Police are this afternoon investigating the death of a man whose body was found at a house in Sandys.

It is understood the man was aged in his 20s and was a guest worker on the Island, who lived in the house where he was found dead.

A Police spokesman said: “Police responded to a report of a non responsive male found in a residence on Morgan's Hill in Sandys at 12.26pm.

“It appears that a resident of the house entered and found a male in a collapsed state. An on call doctor attended the residence and pronounced the man dead at 1.15pm. An investigation into the matter has commenced and foul play has not been ruled out.”

Yesterday, the body of 49-year-old man was found at a house in Paget. He has not yet been identified.
