Watch it, Premier Bush

Dear Sir,
It is too bad that we are not living in the good old days when Bermuda built it’s own sailing ships made of Bermuda cedar.
I am sure if a foreign leader such as the likes of Caymanian Premier McKeeva Bush persists in insulting the leader of our country we would have long ago dispatched a fleet of Spirit of Bermudian ships and upon arriving off the shores of the Cayman Island commence to bombard that sand box of a capital until an apology was forthcoming from that insolent leader. Of course I am talking about a genuine Bermuda Leader and not a British Governor.
As it stands today only the presence of the British nanny prevents Premier Bush from getting a well deserved Bermudian slap upside the head administered by the Bermuda Regiment. Premier Bush is lucky he can hide behind the skirt of the British nanny who would not let him play in his sand box of a country as he likes.
It seems to me that Premier Bush has more problems in his country than wasting his time picking on Bermuda and its leader Premier Paula Cox.
One of the biggest questions he needs to answer is how is it that the Caymanian people have allowed themselves to become a minority in their country with expatriates now forming the majority. Now it appears that his recently announce expat tax has now seen him back down; no doubt a testimonial to the power and influence that the expatriate community has over the Caymanian people and their leader.
Bermuda may remain a British overseas territory, so-called; but at least we don’t have expatriates sitting in our government’s cabinet and the British nanny cannot veto our government’s budget decisions although there is probably an element with Bermudian calibrate who would dearly love to see such a situation come into being.
No, Premier Bush, you will not be allowed to manufacture a Bermuda bogeyman to detract from your own country’s problems and if the people of the Caymans are smart they will not allow you to get away with it either.
