Hamilton is a ghost town

To let: Hamiton is full of empty offices
August 24, 2012
Dear Sir,
Has anyone in Government looked recently at what is available to let for office space in Hamilton?
I challenge anyone who either votes for the PLP, works for Government, sits in Parliament, or in whatever way relies on Government for their income (that includes all the current Cabinet ministers) to call any real estate agent and ask to view what is currently available to let in Hamilton. Office furniture, by the way, comes free. Sometimes it's really nice, new office furniture.
The amount of empty space is galling. Floor upon floor of empty office buildings; even offices that currently have tenants have three people in a space for 25 a result of downsizing. This Government has indeed killed the golden goose. We will be paying for their misdeeds and their misguided policies for decades to come.
Shame doesn't even begin to describe it. Hamilton is a ghost town. If we allow them to continue, soon the whole island will be thus.
Lets end this now.
