BOOSTER SHOT
Team. This past week I have experienced a couple of situations where the ability of a group of people to work together has created opportunities to achieve great things.
It is the ability to develop common goals, create a plan of action, and work effectively towards those goals. It really is the effect of making something greater than the sum of its parts. This is one of the major challenges of our times.
How do we get people to realise that teamwork often provides the greatest results?
Great leaders recognise that leading means that they can establish the framework for the group to take aggressive and positive actions. What are you doing to create or be part of teams in whatever you do? Remember that even a family is better as a team!
