Act. This past weekend I have been attending the International Diabetes Federation — North American Caribbean Region semi-annual meeting. These seventeen countries share a common mission in increasing awareness about diabetes and advocating for those persons with diabetes.
The key is to create programmes and to develop strategies that will slow down and eventually halt what has become an epidemic across our world.
The meetings were able to develop actions to continue this quest through cooperation and teamwork.
The main thing is to act as it is well know that “only those who act will succeed!” So take action to move towards your goals.
