Man arrested in connection with Woodys assault
Police have confirmed the arrest of a 21-year-old Sandys parish man in connection with the serious assault of a 29-year-old Pembroke man found lying unconscious outside a Sandys parish club.
The incident occurred around 12.45am on Thursday.
A spokesman said: Inquiries have confirmed that the incident did in fact take place outside Woodys Bar & Restaurant.
Meanwhile, the appeal continues for public assistance.
Anyone with further information on the circumstances regarding this assault, particularly anyone who was in the car park outside of Woodys around 12.10am on Thursday, December 6, should contact 247-1739, or the independent, confidential Crime Stoppers hotline on 800-8477.
