Couple accused of growing cannabis plants
A Devonshire couple were this week charged in Magistrates Court with growing cannabis plants.
Mark Francis Daniels, 49, and Felicia Daniels, 53, both denied a charge of cultivating 36 cannabis plants on August 17 in Devonshire.
Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner released the pair on $5,000 bail each, with a like surety.
They are expected to return to court for mention early next year.
