Have Police given up?

Dear Sir,

Two weeks past my wife and self, both seniors living in Southampton, resolved that until daylight returned in the evenings we would forego our weekly visitations to our favourite restaurant in Hamilton. Being as our all but weekly death tolls and the ever increasing speeds, augmented by the disregard for road manners, have so increased that our roads have ceased to be safe, especially for seniors! For it appears that our police have given up as to adequate control of our everyday mayhems; accordingly and reluctantly we have decided to stay home until our new Government get’s time to rectify such road matters and bring a halt to these every week death reports!
