Fat loss challenge begins
Overweight residents have committed to shed their extra pounds in order to feel better about how they look in the mirror and improve their overall health.
Twenty-five contestants were weighed in for The Bermuda 100-Day Challenge, yesterday, and will have the support of fitness and health professionals to help reach their goals.
They were split into three teams representing gyms across the Island: Sandys 360, Magnum Power Force and Evolutions Health & Fitness.
A television crew from ZBM will film the journey as the participants compete to lose the most weight individually or as a team over a 100-day period.
