A total of 264,472 shares worth $541,965 changed hands of The Royal Gazette/BSX yesterday.

The Bank of Butterfield led the pack, with 252,372 of its shares selling. The price closed unchanged at $1.99 per share.

Bermuda Aviation Services saw 10,100 of its shares sold, leaving the price per share unchanged at $3.

Ascendant Group, who own Belco among other firms, also closed unchanged at $5.80 per share after 1,000 of its shares were sold.

Telecoms company KeyTech had 1,000 of its shares move, leaving its price per share at $3.65, down on the day $0.05 (1.4 per cent).

The RG/BSX Index closed the day at 1,369.94, down 0.62 points (0.05 per cent).

The BSX Insurance Index closed on 1558.87 points, up 18.17 points (1.18 per cent).
