A question for stubborn landlords
Dear Sir,
Question to landlords: when you have suitable tenants for your available/vacant properties, but they are requesting you to lower the rent by a couple, maybe even a few hundred dollars, yet you claim you cannot but the property then sits for six months with no rental income.
How does that make any sense? Do you get a break from the banks on paying your mortgages on the property that is vacant or do you still have to pay the bank?
I have landowners whom have not fixed anything in my apartment.
I have communicated with them that this needs fixing and that needs fixing ... nothing.
But I have mould and had termites from a previous tenant. So you do see the pattern, but still I get blamed for the condition of the apartment.
The fridge is not working properly, so I buy practically every day. That’s very expensive.
