Foulger appointed to Oakley board
Caroline Foulger has been appointed as a non-executive director at Oakley Capital Investments Ltd.
Oakley, which is listed on London’s Alternative Investment Market and based in Bermuda, invests in Oakley’s private-equity funds.
Ms Foulger was previously a partner and insurance leader at professional-services firm PwC Bermuda and also led the firm’s Bermuda Government and public-sector practices.
She serves as a non-executive director and Audit Committee chairwoman on the board of insurer and reinsurer Hiscox Ltd, and as a non-executive director and Governance Committee chairwoman of Butterfield Group.
Ms Foulger is also a non-executive director and Audit Committee chairwoman of Catalina Holdings and a non-executive director of the Bermuda Business Development Agency.
She is a chartered accountant and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Bermuda and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
