Police have received no reports of anyone “brandishing a firearm at random individuals”, despite social media reports.

A police spokesman said online comments have spread about incidents which supposedly took place at Cedar Hill, Warwick and Snorkel Park in Dockyard.

The spokesman said: “Presently police have no information that can substantiate these incidents, as nothing that nature has been reported to the police.”

Anyone with information that can help police should call 295-0011.
