Two hurt in South Shore crash
A female motorcycle rider was treated for serious foot and leg injuries after a crash just after 10am near Elbow Beach.
According to police, the collision occurred on South Road in Paget just east of the entrance to Elbow Beach.
A spokesman said the car appeared to be travelling west while a motorcycle with a female rider and a pillion passenger was headed east when the vehicles collided.
The rider and her passenger were both taken to hospital, with the passenger also receiving non-life-threatening injuries.
The road has been cordoned off and the matter is under investigation.
