Prospect Preschool moved for plumbing issues

Pupils from Prospect Preschool will have a temporary new school because of plumbing problems.

The children will be moved to the Devonshire Seventh-day Adventist Church, located on Roberts Avenue.

A spokeswoman for the Department of Education said that students and teachers would be relocated until the work was completed.

She added: “The school administrator has notified parents of the changes and will keep families abreast of any further developments.”

The department’s facilities team are scheduled to commence work today to restore water service to the school.

It was closed on Monday because of water problems.
