A fitness studio is celebrating its first year in its Reid Street studio by offering a day of free classes in December.

Alchemy has been in business for seven years and has a staff of six — three personal trainers, two yoga instructors and the front-desk manager.

Rupert Henagulph, owner of Alchemy Fitness Studio, said: “ We have been open to the public for a year and just decided to provide people with the opportunity to see what we offer here.”

The classes will run all day on December 1 from 9am to 12pm.

Classes offered are HIIT, fight HIIT, yoga, 360, spin and an open gym, including climbing and much more.

“We appreciate our clients and we want to inspire people to make lifestyle changes and inspire people to come and see what we have to offer,” Mr Henagulph added.
