Bike and car crash in Sandys
Two visitors were injured after their rental motorcycle crashed with a car in Sandys early this afternoon.
It happened on Malabar Road, near Watford Bridge, at around 12.30pm.
The female rider and male pillion passenger were initially headed to hospital by ambulance for treatment, but decided not to attend the hospital, police said.
It is understood both visitors returned to Dockyard for medical assessment of their injuries, which were considered to be non-life threatening, onboard the cruise ship they arrived on.
Traffic was temporarily affected in the immediate area, police said.
