Police name teenager found dead
A 15-year-old who died on Monday was named yesterday by police as Kiara Paiva.
The girl was found unconscious by a family member at her home in My Lord’s Bay Road, Hamilton Parish, at about 11.55am.
Police said life-saving efforts took place at the scene before the youngster was rushed by ambulance to the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital. She was later pronounced dead by doctors.
Police said there were no suspicious circumstances and that work was under way to establish a cause of death.
