Teenager hurt in crash
Police are looking for two people who fled the scene of a crash that injured a teenager this morning.
A police spokesman said the two-motorcycle collision took place at about 4.30am near the junction of Cobbs Hill Road and Ord Road, Paget.
The spokesman said: “It appears that one of the motorcycles was being ridden along Cobbs Hill Road while the other motorcycle was being ridden along Ord Road.
“A 17-year-old man found injured at the scene was transported to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance and at last check was listed in stable condition.
“It is believed that two other individuals were involved in the collision, but fled on foot prior to police arrival.”
Witnesses or anyone with information about the incident are urged to call police at 295-0011.
