Ocil hires Carpol as reinsurance underwriter
Oil Casualty Insurance Ltd has hired Christopher Carpol as senior reinsurance underwriter.
Mr Carpol, who will be responsible for overseeing Ocilís assumed reinsurance operations, was previously with Tokio Millennium Re Bermuda as assistant vice-president ó specialty casualty.
Jerry Rivers, Ocilís chief operating officer, said: ďThe reinsurance operation, which began in 2009, is now the companyís largest line of business with written premium of just over $124 million at fiscal year ended November 30, 2017.
