Police issue more than 100 tickets




More than 100 tickets were issued by Police last week, including more than 70 for speeding.


Officers also made five arrests during the week, four for outstanding warrants and the other on suspicion of impaired driving.

One of the people arrested for an outstanding warrant was also discovered to be riding a stolen motorcycle.

Over the Halloween weekend, six people were arrested on suspicion of impaired driving and four burglaries were reported.

Thirteen accidents were reported, seven of which resulted in injury.
