Lancashire to hold SGM




Lancashire Holdings Ltd. has announced it will hold a Special General Meeting (SGM) on December 16 to authorise a share repurchase programme as announced on November 5.


Shareholders entered on the register of members at 5 p.m. on November 20 will be entitled to attend and vote at the meeting. Notice of the SGM will be sent to shareholders next week.
