Odd sight: A gorilla, a nun and a man on a child's pushbike wait to cross the road at the junction of Court Street and Dundonald Street in this image from a YouTube video filmed in Bermuda for London-based artist Dominic Owen. The video has attracted more than 40,000 views in its first month.

Local director Milton Raposo's ‘Boogaloo' music video has received thousands of hits on YouTube.Mr Raposo was asked to shoot a new video for London-based artist Dominic Owen, also known as The Love Theme, by the artist's cousin who lives on the Island.Mr Owen has worked with music stars such as the Notorious B.I.G. and Lil Kim.The four-minute music video already has 40,719 hits on YouTube and shows Court Street and Harbour Road; the Chewstick Foundation's microphone, affectionately known as Mike Griot, is also featured. There's also a gorilla and nun's habit involved.Mr Raposo said: “The concept is basically the trials the modern man has to go through to get a girl. Usually it involves two other idiots chasing the same girl. Having said that, I've never seen a guy in a nun's habit chasing a girl. We assembled a great cast who, despite the staring, were troopers.”The music video was shot within one day, starting at Court Street at 7am at the end of November.“We had a lot of stares,” Mr Raposo said about shooting in Hamilton. “One girl came running out of a shop in her pajamas asking us if we were with the circus.”The single is now available worldwide.l The video can be viewed at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M1KMnICSvzk
