Nova to stage data management conference

Software development company, Nova Limited, is holding its first ever Data Management Conference in Bermuda.In partnership with Microsoft, the conference aims to explore the ways to manage the ever growing volume and complexity of business data and the growing demand to control do more with it.Attendees to the free conference will have the opportunity to learn about avoiding potential downtime and loss of business, developing dashboards and collaboration reports and using Microsoft Visual Studio to maximise companies’ IT investment.Presenters include Sandra DeSilva, managing director and chief software architect, Nova Limited; Scott Smith, regional manager, dbaDIRECT; and Neeala Maharaj-Racha, developer and platform lead, Microsoft.Participants will learn how it is possible to overcome challenges such as demand for 24x365 support, managing multiple DBMS platforms, keeping pace with rapidly evolving technologies and the accelerating speed of business.To help clients handle these challenges, Nova has partnered with Gartner award winner, dbaDIRECT, to deliver a wide range of superior, cost effective, infrastructure service solutions to meet these ever growing demands.
