Bermuda’s MS Frontier Reinsurance has named Alexander Milberg as the new general manager/ principal officer of their Kuala Lumpur office.Mr Milberg is tasked with developing reinsurance business for Asia and the Middle East.“In his new role he will lead the underwriting team, working closely with new and existing clients, to build a profitable reinsurance portfolio in the region,” the company said.“He started his career with Munich Reinsurance before being transferred to Malaysia in 2002. Mr Milberg became CEO of Munich Re Malaysia before moving on to be Head of Reinsurance at Broker Aon Re and most recently CEO of Willis Re’s Kuala Lumpur offices.”Mr Milberg has over 27 years extensive experience in reinsurance underwriting for all non-life classes.
