This week Robert Ricketts who spent 11 years in the military shared what he’s started to use to both strengthen and tighten his abdominal muscles. Although an ex-soldier he maintains his military discipline and does the ‘cruncher” every day.The Cruncher1) Lie flat on the ground with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground.2) Place you palms on top of your thighs3) Pulling up with your abdominal muscles and keeping your hands on your legs, bring your chest up until your wrists are just above your knees4) Exhale, slowly lower back to a prone position5) Repeat 2-4Robert recommends doing three sets of 12 every day.Visit The Royal Gazette online to see Robert demonstrate the cruncher.
