Dear Sir,

For those who own CRVs, don’t most people, usually take care of such expensive vehicles? I’ve seen more than once, a black CRV with only one headlight working, sometimes around St John’s Road and other times, around at night. Now considering the driver is a white, black haired woman, ought to make you wonder, why isn’t such a vehicle in the shop at least since it’s obviously, a hazard at night? Why hasn’t the police spotted vehicles like this one (a grey Mitsubishi with one of the tail lights burned out, often seen around Devonshire and so forth)? That’s some of the things, TCD tends to overlook, when testing such vehicles (sad but true).
