Dear Sir,

Please, there must be something that can be done? Age Concern for seniors waiting for hours sitting in a bank to get their pension money. Most seniors live on a pittance from month to month. Diabetics waiting to get food, etc. Government, the banks blame each other. This pension pay out should be ready by 2am on the day of payment.
