Albuoy’s Point will be closed to traffic today and tomorrow as the Corporation of Hamilton carries out roadwork.

According to a recently published notice, the street will be closed off from 6am today until 6pm tomorrow for “essential repaving works”.

“Access will be made for emergency service vehicles,” the notice stated. “The City of Hamilton regrets any inconvenience this may cause. The appropriate barriers and signage will be in place. Motorists and pedestrians are advised to use caution in the area.”
