Argus Group Holdings Ltd was also down, after 9,500 shares traded during the day. The closing price was 4.00, a decline of 0.50.

The utilities sector was busy with trades in Ascendant Group Limited and KeyTech Ltd. Some 1,900 Ascendant shares traded closing at 7.43, down 0.07. KeyTech saw 1,000 shares change hands at an unchanged 4.75.
