Dear Sir,

Yesterday, I had occasion to contact the Highways Engineer to complain about a pot hole on South Road, Smith’s which, in my opinion, was quite dangerous. Imagine my surprise when I drove past this location three hours later to find it fixed

Thank you the road crew of W&E for responding so quickly and doing a great job.
