Aspen US Insurance, part of the insurance segment of Bermuda-based Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd, announced that George Kotsiopoulos has joined as vice-president, broker relationship leader.

Mr Kotsiopoulos has underwriting and distribution experience from previous positions at Zurich and AIG. Reporting to Robert Rheel, executive vice-president, US head of Property and Casualty, George will be based in New York and responsible for strategic broker relationships on a regional and national level across Aspen’s US Insurance footprint.

Rheel said: “George’s experience in both underwriting and distribution offers a valuable complement to our targeted distribution strategy. His market relationships will support our broker partnerships.”
