US leadership coach John Maxwell, author of more than 60 books on the subject, will be delivering a broadcast lecture this Friday at the Elbow Beach Hotel.

The simulcast will be run by local resident Bob DiGiacomo, who is accredited to teach Mr Maxwell’s leadership courses locally.

“Everything rises and falls on leadership — leadership is influence; nothing more, nothing less,” Mr DiGiacomo said.

Dubbed L2, or Learn to Lead, the event is open to “CEOs, business owners, leadership teams and anyone who wants to improve in their leadership skills”, he said.

“Our goal is to help the Bermuda Community to become stronger when it comes to leadership and raising levels of awareness.”
