Man denies intruding on privacy of teen

A 32-year-old man has denied intruding on the privacy of a teenage girl.

The Pembroke resident pleaded not guilty in Magistrates’ Court this morning to intruding on the privacy of the girl in such a manner as to offend her on July 30.

He also pleaded not guilty to using Facebook sometime between August 5 and 8 to lure the girl with the intention of committing unlawful carnal knowledge.

Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner adjourned the case until October 24 and remanded the defendant into custody.
