Three people appeared in Magistrates’ Court this morning charged with attempted murder.

Shelton Baker, 24, Roshunte Davis, 21, and Stacey Robinson, 23, did not have to submit a plea because the charges are indictable and must be heard in the Supreme Court.

The trio are accused of the attempted murder of Lionel Thomas Jr, 30, in St David’s on April 30.

A fourth accused, Shannon Dill, 24, is in custody.

The trio are also charged with using a firearm to commit the indictable offence of attempted murder and possession of a firearm with intent to injure.

Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner remanded Mr Baker and Mr Robinson into custody.

Ms Davis was released on $25,000 bail with one surety and ordered that she must wear an electronic monitoring device.

The case was adjourned until October 24.

Mr Baker is being represented by Marc Daniels, Mr Robinson is being defended by Elizabeth Christopher, and Ms Davis is represented by Saul Dismont.
