Dear Sir,

Recently my husband Mike Faria was taken to the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital from a cruise ship in grave condition.

I cannot thank enough the employees from the hospital for the care, kindness and professionalism that was shown to us. From the Emergency Room to ICU staff, to the Acute Ward (fifth floor) to housekeeping and dietary, we were treated wonderfully. Even though these people had suffered through two hurricanes in one week they remained professional and upbeat. I am so glad that if our vacation had to end the way it did we at least had a positive experience. You are very lucky to have a group of such wonderful healthcare professionals working in your new beautiful hospital.
