Dear Sir,

So, $387 million to put all the electrical cabling underground, eh? It is an awful lot of money, but there again how much are we paying out every time a tropical storm or hurricane comes along and knocks out the power? It just might be to our long-term benefit to bite the bullet and start burying the electrical cables.
