Tickets for the 2015 Bermuda Festival, including a headlining performance by world-renowned cellist Yo-Yo Ma, are set to go on sale tomorrow morning.

The 40th anniversary festival is set to start in January and will feature more than a dozen performances in a range of genres.

“With 19 events to choose from including jazz, classical, opera, theatre and even disco, there is certainly a genre that will appeal to everyone,” a spokeswoman said. “The events start on January 23, 2015 and finish on March 8 and several events, including Bermudian Broadway sensation Rebecca Faulkenberry and internationally renowned cellist Yo-Yo Ma, are expected to sell out quickly.

“For lovers of classical music, the season ticket is a great option. The season ticket permits entry to four classical music performances for the price of three. These include the English Chamber Orchestra, the William Howard recital and the Schubert Ensemble. At $200, this is a great value.”

A full schedule of events is available online at the Bermuda Festival website. Tickets can be purchased at bdatix.com, Pulp and Circumstances in the Washington Mall or Fabulous Fashions at the Heron Bay Plaza starting 10am tomorrow.
