A Smith’s man faces a trial after it’s alleged he injured another man in a traffic collision just over a year ago.

Appearing in Magistrates’ Court this morning, 30-year-old Scott Burnard denied a charge of causing grievous bodily harm to Frederick Lee in an incident on North Shore Road, Hamilton Parish, on January 6, 2014.

He also denied charges of driving an unlicensed motorcycle and driving without insurance on the same occasion.

Mr Burnard was released on $3,000 bail.
