Jobseekers have been invited to attend an employment workshop that hopes to provide them with the necessary skills to find employment.

The first workshop will provide detailed explanations, as well as the step-by-step process, for creating an effective and professional resume.

Attendees will pick up networking skills, learn how to increase their visibility both online and offline, and how to effectively use these skills to optimise their job search. The workshop will also provide information on where to look for jobs.

Bill Zuill, director of Bermuda Executive Services (BES), and BES consultant Patrice Williams, will be moderating the seminar, which has been organised by the OBA Southampton East Central branch.

The first workshop will be on Saturday, January 24, at Heron Bay Primary, Southampton, from 2pm to 5pm. Registration is not necessary.
