Shares of KeyTech Ltd gained 1.4 per cent in Bermuda Stock Exchange trading today.

The telecommunications group rose five cents to close on $3.75 as 3,477 shares traded.

The only other stock to trade yesterday was Ascendant Group Ltd, owner of electricity company Belco, which remained unchanged on $5.25 as 8,106 shares changed hands.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index climbed 0.62 of a point to close on 1,362.92. Trading volume totalled 11,583 shares, while turnover was $55,535.48.

The BSX Insurance Index had a rough day, plunging 19.75 points, or 1.3 per cent, to close on 1,496.72.
