The spokesperson said: “The investigation into a confirmed firearm incident that occurred around 9.40pm (on) Tuesday, January 13 in the Heath Lane, Sandys Parish area off Sound View Road is ongoing.

“There were no reported injuries, and witnesses or persons with any information regarding suspicious individuals and vehicles in the Sound View Road, Sandys Parish area between 9.30pm and 9.45pm (on) Tuesday should contact the Serious Crime Unit on telephone number 247-1739 or the independent and confidential Crime Stoppers hotline 800-8477.”
